Super good! My cut was really narrow, so had trouble with the thermometer. Cooked around 30 minutes for 2 lb 14 oz tenderloin that came in two pieces.

This was an easy recipe and very delicious. I cooked it a little longer in the oven. 17 mins to have just a touch of pink . Next day I took the left overs and mixed with home made salsa for pork tacos!!

Delicious. I cut small Xs in the top and bottom for extra flavor then threw in onion and mushrooms with some of the seasoning when it went in the oven. Turned out amazing!

Came out great. Simple and quick. I find it very flavorful, even though I use only 3/4 tsp salt. You could easily use your favorite spice combo and cook the same way. Or, just salt and pepper, then use a nice Dijon mustard to dip into.

yes, I spread marijuana butter all over it, with a lite coating of bread crumbs. served with Italian bread slices and arvacado slices on bread garlic, marijuana butter dip.
