Perfectly roasted. Turned out moist and delicious. A meat thermometer is essential to not over cook the lean pork.

Turned out great! Like other reviewers, my 4.5lb pork loin did not take the full 25 minutes per pound (90 minutes instead of 110)

This recipe was great. Everything tasted so good. My only glitch was the cooking time. The directions said approximately 25 min per pound at 350. My roast was just under 6 lbs. so I figured 2 1/2 hrs. Well good thing I checked it at 2 hrs with a meat thermometer because it was done. It was at 170 when I pulled it out of the oven. Let it rest and it was awesome.

Great turned out moist made it as directed then put the broil on it for about 5 minutes or so to crisp the top mike family loved it

I used the meat thermometer in the crockpot - it was delicious and moist. It took 1/2 hour less than predicted

I made this for dinner tonight, but added a little balsamic vinegar. I cooked it a little too long so it was dryer than I like. That has everything to do with me and nothing to do with the recipe, It was still yummy. Roasted Yukon gold potatoes on the side.
