  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 5 garlic (pressed)
  • 5 tablespoons EVOO
  • lime juice
  • 3 mangos
  • 1 1/2 red bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 red onion (diced)
  • 1 serrano chile (diced)
  • 6 scallions (diced)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)

    Directions

    1. Mix salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika, dried oregano, and garlic until thoroughly combined.
