    I made this delicious recipe, but i did tweak it a bit. I used 2 cups of all purp. flour, and 1 cup of bread flour. I also just rolled up the loaf and baked it as it was, instead of putting it inside of a bread tin/ loaf pan. It turned out wonderfully, and i plan on making it again with a wine and golden raisin puree filling instead of peach, and i might reduce the brown sugar for cinnamon. I also would like to share, that this bread makes for a delightful french toast dish. <3
