    used cajun seasoning, paprika and curry instead of salt...added vegetable broth at the bottom of the pan for flavor...yummy in my tummy!! :)

    It was excellent, I usually stew them, much better this way!
    delicious. simple. yum. exactly the recipe i was looking for. i put the okra, oil, and salt in a ziploc bag and gave it a few shakes to coat. this is a must-have side for summer meals...
