Delish, easy cook, easy clean. Added additional seasoning before placing in oven; garlic powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary. Leaving some lemon to squeeze once plated was a good call.

It was good especially the potatoes. Instead of roasting the lemons I would squeeze the lemon juice directly on the chicken about halfway because the chicken had no lemon taste at all.

Made it without the potatoes. Turned out moist and tender. Company really enjoyed the flavor combinations. I enjoyed the simplicity of ingredients, preparation and actual cooking. Will be making again.

The whole family loved it! I loved it because it was delicious and so easy. I substituted dry Herbs De Provence in place of cilantro and used a jelly roll pan instead of a roasting pan. It turned out great!

Great recipe! I added grape tomatoes for a little color. I had to put the potatoes in for 15 more minutes to cook all the way thru, but I'll be making this again!

This recipe was so good my husband wants me to make it once a week. I used a turkey roast pan for the stove top and it worked wonderfully.

I wasn't exactly thrilled about using my baking sheet directly on top of the burners but the flavor was rich and the texture turned out perfect. I added green beans for some color. This was a hit and it was aesthetically pleasing as well. My house also smelled wonderful.

This is a recipe that is simple and delish! I will most definitely be making it again. I did use red potatoes though because I did not have Yukon gold they worked just as well. Plus I added a half teaspoon of sugar to the sauce to cut down the acid which can upset my stomach. Love this and highly recommend it to anyone.
