  • 16 cherry tomatoes (preferably on the vine)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup quinoa (rinsed)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons green pesto (fresh)
  • 1 handful rocket leaves
