  • 1 bagels (GF DF, I use Canyon Bakehouse Everything Bagel)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (stems removed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • thyme leaves (extra, for garnish)
  • vinaigrette (Lemon)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Just Mayo, which is also soy free)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemon (small, about 3 tablespoons)

Loved this recipe! I would make this for everyday or any holiday! I used coconut oil instead of olive oil and it was fantastic!

Had it at Thanksgiving dinner. No one really liked the tanginess of the dressing. They expected a butter sauce. Not a keeper for me.
