  • 3 sweet potatoes (large, scrubbed)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

    Directions

    1. HEAT oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil.
    2. CUT each sweet potato into 16 lengthwise wedges. Combine sweet potatoes, garlic, oil, rosemary, salt and red pepper, if desired, in large bowl. Toss to coat. Arrange on prepared baking sheet in single layer.
    3. BAKE 30 to 45 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender and browned. Toss before serving.
