  • 1 ear corn (cut into chunks)
  • 1 red onion (medium, cut into thin wedges)
  • 1 green bell pepper (small, cut into chunks)
  • 1 red bell pepper (small, cut into chunks)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (small, cut into chunks)
  • 1 yellow squash (small, sliced)
  • 1 cup mushroom (halves)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon roasted garlic (McCormick® Grill Mates®, & Herb Seasoning)

Directions

  1. Toss vegetables with oil and Seasoning in large bowl.
  2. Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or thread onto skewers.
  3. Grill over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
