  • 4 cloves garlic (– chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh basil (chopped)

  • 1 dash dried oregano

    Directions

    1. Combine all of the seasonings in a small dish and drizzle with olive oil to form a paste. Rub all over the skin.
    2. Place the butter and all of the other ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
    3. Gently lift the skin and rub this butter all over, under the skin.
