Fantastic. But cutting the pieces smaller and cooking for about 50 minutes makes them perfect.

Very Good! Switched the ground chipotle to chipotle peppers in adobo sauce b/c that is what I had on hand. I also use EVOO instead of avacado oil b/c I didn't have that either. we loved it. wish we made more!!!
best way to eat cauliflower. and don't feel like you have to use this spice mix! I don't have Chipotle but I've been mixing adobo, curry powder, and chili powder. use the flavors you like! curry powder really makes this for me.

Only used half the recommended amount of chipotle and this was still spicy but also really awesome ... Have been roasting cauliflower for years and I don't know that roasting it for 90 minutes as a lower temp was really all that different than just doing a standard cook time and temp ... could probably just turn up the heat and cut down the cook time to get this on the table faster if it's a busy week night ... would recommend and would totally make again.
Delicious. I've made it 4 or 5 times now and I just add a little more Chipotle than it says.🙂

It was nice, couldn't find chipotle ,instead used mexican chili powder
it was good, used olive oil instead. i should have kept the cauliflower a bit larger when i was cutting it. that's my only adjustment for next time.

Will use less Chipotle seasoning next time. And I have a good tolerance for spice.
easy, delicious and nutritious!
A tad spicy for some but you can adjust the amount of spices you add.

Tasty alternative, but a bit spicy for my youngest and I only used 1/2 T of the chili powder.
Tasted amazing! Cook a lot as it does cook way down.
