Perfect. Good cold as a snack too. I made it as written, but used my own bacon bits. Great healthy substitute for potato chips.

I make this recipe exactly as the recipe states. It's a favorite in my house. My husband and I can eat the whole head if cauliflower at dinner.

I love this. Instead of serving it as a side dish, I serve it over pasta with grated Romano cheese..

Made this as a healthy side for Thanksgiving in 2014...it was everyone's favorite side, by far. I grossly underestimated its popularity, so I am tripling it this year.
