    This recipe was fantastic. It was right at my cooking level (very beginner), although cutting the cabbage and flipping it were not tremendously easy because the cabbage liked to fall apart. I cut the cabbage into slices closer to an inch, and it heated perfectly. I also stacked some of the smaller ones from the edges. I put aluminum foil on the cookie sheet and oiled that, then added more oil to the top side of the cabbage. This was useful because at the end when I had leftovers, I simply pulled the aluminum foil into a baggie with the steaks on top. I also seasoned the other side when I flipped the steaks halfway through. Overall, this was lovely, the perfect number of ingredients, and a wonderful way to convince bystanders to go vegan. :-)
