it was ok pretty much just tasted like squash
So good! My boyfriend doesn’t like butternut squash he said, but then he cleared his plate of these! So yummy! If I made it again- I’d add more rosemary.

This was very easy to make. I used an actual squash and cut it up. It didn't take as long to cook as it was a smaller squash. The taste was fantastic. Will make it again

Easy to make, great flavour! I would probably use equal amounts of oil and balsamic vinegar next time, there was a bit too much oil in the pan.
