Great way to make Brussels. Browning them first is a great tip!

The recipe was easy to follow. I ended up making the balsamic glaze from a recipe I googled. Turned out great.

Really tasty. This recipe is a twist on one I usually prepare on the stove top. I had a bulb of fennel that I sliced and added to it. Just another flavor dimension.

It turned out great! I've always been scared of Brussels sprouts, but this was so easy and super delicious! Might have to make this a repeat recipe!
