- 2 pounds large carrots (cut into 2 inch pieces, baby carrots will also work)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- parsley (chopped for garnish)

Very tasty recipe, though I'll probably skip browning the butter next time. I don't feel as if it added too terribly much and it added a good bit of time on to the cooking time.
