A delicious and simple recipe. I made this as a side with baked salmon. I cooked it on the top shelf of my oven at 300 for 25 minutes and it turned out marvelous

We were tired of the old stand by of boiled or steamed broccoli. This recipe came to the rescue! It was quick and super yummy with crunchy broccoli and garlic peices, no mushy veggies! Our kids gobbled it up.. Ill be making this many times.

i added potatoes, celery, carrots, sweet peppers, snow peas. i made in in the airfryer so 400 for 20 minutes was too long. at ten minutes the broccoli was done and by 15 everything else was done. amd when i say done i mean really roasted but besides the time difference it came out pretty darn good.
