should reduce the oven time by 5 to 10 mins. mine turned out to be dried and burnt stalks

This was my first time trying roasted broccoli. I usually have it steamed. I didn't like this as much because the broccoli was dry, and the garlic burns in the iven for 25 minutes.

Turned out amazing! Added some chopped onions to it before cooking and it was delicious.
These are yummy but my garlic burnt :-( Will do at a lower temp next time!

I added some cauliflower florets and sour cream to bulk this up as I was having it as a full meal and it was delicious! Definitely going to add this to my weekly mean plan!
