Didn’t add brown sugar or third tbsp balsamic vinegar. Shredded in food processor for grilled cheese/Brussels sprout sandwich.

400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes is entirely too long. Flavor was good but a little overdone. Maybe 30 minutes of total cook time next time.

It came out great, be really light with the balsamic or it make the Brussels sprouts soft

Excellent!!! I can't believe that something so incredibly easy to make tastes so good. I made two batches and added honey to one which was off the chain!

I have had roasted brussel sprouts many times, but the balsamic vinegar made all the difference! The whole family loved them.
