- 1 1/2 pounds baby carrots (thin, greens removed about an inch above the top of the carrot, You can save the greens for this smoothie - I promise it tastes great! scrubbed clean and patted dry)

I used the different colored carrots instead of baby carrots and this still was crazy delicious and healthy! I left the skin on, too.

I used regular carrots just sliced them o half. This was a great side dish for a light healthy dinner. Also I took it easy on the garlic powder as I find using too much makes it too salty.
