    Very nice. I used a citrus habenero olive oil from Olive This Olive That in San Francisco, and a Ghost Pepper rock salt for tequila shots and margaritas. And yum yum yum yum yummity yum yumness

    A good way of preparing artichokes. Tasty and pretty simple.

    This recipe has worked great every time. The whole artichoke gets very tender, and the artichoke base is less fibrous than when I stream it. It's great to have an alternative to steaming for when I have a bunch of other stuff on the stove. I eat it up with lemon butter garlic sauce and am happy all night.
