  • 13 1/2 pounds turkey
  • 2 knorr garlic minicube
  • 1 onion (large, cut into wedges)
  • 3 stalks celery (cut into 3-inch pieces)
  • 3 carrots (cut into 3-inch pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 knorr sazon with coriander and annatto
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
    2. Rinse turkey inside and out and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle inside of cavity with one Knorr® Garlic MiniCube. Set aside.
    3. Combine onion, celery and carrots in large roasting pan. Arrange turkey on vegetables; set aside.
    4. Blend Spread, Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto, 1 Knorr® Garlic MiniCube, lime juice and dried oregano leaves in small bowl. Spread mixture under and over the skin of the turkey.
    5. Roast, basting occasionally, 3 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°.
