  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 1 ounce slab bacon (or salt pork)

  • 2 chicken legs (and thighs, deboned)
  • 2 tablespoons chardonnay
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • parsley (chopped)
  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes
