Love this salad! The recipe that I have says to brown the ramen and almonds and this adds a wonderful nutty flavor!

Not a bad take on this recipe, but as I recall, the original uses a medium to large head of Napa cabbage, not a mix. The ratio of dressing to salad should be better. Also does well with a little fridge time before serving to let the cabbage relax.

I didn’t really find this salad amazingly anything. My family and I had 1 serving each and no on had seconds and it sat in the fridge and got thrown out 👎Will NOT make this again !!

Great!! I added craisins but that’s just preference :) i also went heavy on the ramen noodles, adding an extra half package for more crunch. There’s a lot of room for changes. Great recipe.

This came out really good! I served it with diced spicy chicken inside a crisped wonton cup. Made it great for BBQ gatherings.

I made this and it was super easy and tasty. I would make this again. It is a nice salad for summer potlucks and get togethers.
