I wanted to bring a new type of lasagne to my list of meals and this one has to be one of the best. The ricotta cheese was a huge success as my family is very picky on the cheese they like and the whole lasagne itself was tasty. It had lots of flavor and the squash blossom gave it a whole new texture. I will make this recipe again and would rate it at 5 stars.
