Amazing! I skipped the tomatoes and grains for now, and it was delicious all on it’s own! I added oregano and finely chopped pepperoni to give it a little pizza spin. Next time, I am thinking of pairing with a side of pasta and tomato sauce for a hearty and easy Italian dinner.
