  • 1/2 cup shallot (finely diced)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • fresh parsley (or cilantro)
