We enjoyed this simple Mexican dish. I would like to add a few tips about working with mole paste. I heat it over low to medium heat with chicken stock. I stir it gently to loosen but do not let it liquefy. I also add a little cocoa powder while stirring or add in a crushed tablet of Mexican chocolate containing cinnamon.
