Description

Ingredients

1/2 onions
1/2 green bell pepper
1 clove garlic
180 grams medium-grain rice
6 pork sausages
500 milliliters chicken broth

Directions

1Add the oil to a skillet and heat on low heat. Saute the onion, bell pepper, garlic for about 5 minutes.
2Add the diced sausage and saute for another 5 minutes.
3Add the rice and saute for about 5 minutes.
4Add the broth and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
