Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1 stalk celery (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons onions (minced)
  • 1/3 cup pickles (diced)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes (arbol, may substitute cayenne)
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • cooked rice

Directions

  1. Mix the tuna with the celery, onion, pickles, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chile flakes, salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Serve over the rice.
