It turned out pretty good. I used rotel tomatoes, because it was what was on hand, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Meh....do not understand the “rave” reviews. My family did not like this at all. It was nothing special and quite bland. I followed the recipe exactly, as I am the type of person who follows a recipe for the first time, then make adjustments IF I make it again. I will NOT be making this again.

We enjoyed this dish and doubled the recipe to have leftovers. The curry added a nice flavor. We also added a little white pepper for some snap.

Easy to throw together and added some different flavors to our regular rotation. I tossed in some bell pepper for a little extra and used diced tomatoes I had on hand. Pretty good, quick weeknight meal.

This is a good simple recipe. I had some beef to use up and so wanted to try it. My 7 year old really liked it and so did we. The spicing makes it more than just beef and rice.
