  • 200 grams rice (round)
  • 80 grams sugar (pink)
  • sugar (Shards of rose)


  1. Put rice, milk and rose sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
  3. Let cool and pour into glasses.
  4. When ready to serve, sprinkle with additional rose sugar.
