It took 2 hours to cook. I think the size of the casserole dish matters. I used sugar instead of honey and added 1/4 of raisins

Needed more sweetener, I had used coconut sugar being out of honey. Probably could have used another egg too as it wasn’t very thick. I could have added some raisins too

Great. My husband lives rice luddjng,and he said this was the very best he has ever had. So yes we were very satisfied.
