Ingredients

  • 1 orange (large, with peel, without seeds)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grind the orange with the eggs in the blender, until the orange is liquefied.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden.

Looks great and easy to make what could I use instead of the one cup flour so it becomes gluten free

Its so easy for the beginner baker like me! and delicious. I can't find any large enough orange so I made with small two.

This is a yummy cake. If you are looking for a gluten free cake recipe, this is a good one. It has good orange flavor. We have a friend who can't have gluten. I'm glad to have a dessert recipe that he can eat.
