Description

Cardamom is a wonderfully aromatic and tart spice that comes from a tropical plant related to ginger. It also is one of the most expensive spices after saffron and vanilla. However, once you try using it in these low calorie rice cakes, it will be a staple in the spice rack. There are only 90 calories in these aromatic and flavorful cakes. Have them as a main dish or a side dish.

Ingredients

1 rice (teacup)
1 milk (teacup)
1 sugar (teacup)
2 eggs
1/2 oil (teacup)
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 cardamom seeds (just the inside)

Directions

1The day before, let the rice soak in the milk for 12 hours.The next day, put all the ingredients in the bimby and program it for 1.30 minutes at Vel.6.
2Add the yeast and reprogram for 1 more minute.
3Grease a form well and take it to the oven, pre-heated to 180C, for about 30-35 minutes.
