Description

This American dish has the elements of both a rich savory flavor with a sweet after taste. The ribs are nice and juicy and compliment the soft rice. This is a great main coarse for a 4th of July party.

  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 400 grams rice
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • beef stock
  • saffron (powdered, you can substitute ground turmeric)

    Directions

    1. In a wide, shallow skillet, fry the ribs and then set them aside.
    2. In the same skillet, saute the finely diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
    3. Add the rice and a tablespoon of paprika.
