  • 1 egg white (or more as needed)
  • artificial sweetener
  • artificial sweetener (vanilla)

Directions

  1. Make a rhubarb compote.
  2. Add sweeteners.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold in the rhubarb compote.
  4. Serve chilled.
