Didn't have dijon mustard or much of any of the ingredients so I improvised and ended up with a sweeter, thicker mac & cheese. I used yellow mustard (cause that was all i had) mozarella and a few other spices to guess-timate the flavor. If i had the correct ingredients I am sure it would turn out somewhat like how I made it. But this recipe is a good recomendation to those who want to try new things without going to crazy. Almost like a gateway recipe

It turned out ok. I would make the pasta and sauce in two seperate pans before combining. Also, word to the wise: don't use egg noodles. It was the only pasta i had and they didn't want to work well in the simmer phase.

So good the first time i made it. The second time it turned out goopy and not right. but i believe its because i kvercooked the milk, be careful of that! overall still very delicious, the mustard makes it even better. would make it again.

I will not make this again...it was thick (I added extra milk based upon reviews) but still runny. I wish I would have added extra pasta, but it might not have cooked properly
