  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup swiss cheese (grated, about 4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)
  • 4 ounces pastrami
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In 1-1/2-quart baking dish, combine all ingredients. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, with toasted pumpernickel or party-size rye bread.
