  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala (divided)
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)
