  • 1 cube butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Put in bowl as listed: 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 (#2) can undrained, crushed pineapple (20 oz. can) 2 tsp. soda Dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs
  2. Stir well. Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Ice cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
  3. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate at least 2 days. Freezes well.
