Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onions (medium, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
  • 1 can chili (Nalley Thick, 15 ounces)
  • 1 can refried beans (16 ounces)
  • 1 can beef broth (14 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • sour cream (for Garnish)

Directions

  1. In large skillet cook the turkey, onion and garlic until the meat is brown and the onion is tender.
  2. In the slow cooker place the meat mixture, chili, refried beans, broth and spices.
  3. Mix throughly then cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Just before serving stir in the lime juice then dish up and top with the sour cream.
  5. Makes 8 -10 servings
