  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 2 kiwi (peeled and cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt (I use Kroger Carb Master yogurt, use sugar-free yogurt for the South Beach Diet)
  • fat free greek yogurt (Use these ingredients to make, into a tasty dressing)
  • 8 ounces fat free greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tablespoon light agave nectar (or a little more, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (or a little more, to taste)
