Ingredients

  • red cabbage
  • cabbage (Lombarda)
  • 2 natural yogurts
  • ground pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 garlic cloves (minced)
  • smoked salmon
  • croutons
  • pimento stuffed olives

Directions

  1. Rip both cabbages, and scald in boiling water for a few seconds.
  2. Drain well, and cool.
  3. Make the sauce by mixing 2 natural yogurts, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ground pepper, garlic, and salt.
  4. Mix the cabbage with the sauce, and serve with smoked salmon, croutons, and green olives.
