Description

Ingredients

red cabbage
cabbage (Lombarda)
2 natural yogurts
ground pepper
olive oil
salt (to taste)
1 garlic cloves (minced)
croutons
pimento stuffed olives

Directions

1Rip both cabbages, and scald in boiling water for a few seconds.
2Drain well, and cool.
3Make the sauce by mixing 2 natural yogurts, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ground pepper, garlic, and salt.
4Mix the cabbage with the sauce, and serve with smoked salmon, croutons, and green olives.
