Description

After being mixed the shallots, capers and pickles are mixed to bring color to the dish. The Tuna is salty, while the Worcestershire sauce adds a sour flavor. After be accompanied by a toasted crusty bread, this dish makes a great appetizer.

Ingredients

2 shallots
1 tablespoon capers
15 pickles
8 garlic cloves
2 tuna steaks
worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
hot sauce
vegetable oil
salt

Directions

1Add the shallots, capers, pickles, and garlic to a bowl. Mix well.
2Cut the tuna in 1/2-centimeter cubes and add them to the bowl.
3Add a few drops of Worcestershire, sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, and vegetable oil and season with a sprinkle of salt.
4Cover and marinate refrigerated 20 minutes.
5Plate accompanied by toasted crusty bread.
