Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes (ripe)
  • 1 ancho chile pepper
  • 1 chili peppers (Guajillo)
  • 1/4 onions
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. 1Clean the chili peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and place them in a pot of water with the tomatoes.
  2. 2Heat up the water (medium heat) and once the tomatoes and chili peppers are soft, remove them from the pot and place them in a blender.
  3. 3Mix together in the blender along with the onion and blend until everything is completely liquefied. If you like, you may also add salt and pepper.
  4. 4Pour the vegetable oil into a pan and cook the ground beef until it becomes a light brown color.
  5. 5Pour the sauce into the pan and cook everything for 10 minutes.
  6. 6Turn off the stove and serve.
