Ingredients

  • 200 grams pasta
  • 150 grams sun-dried tomatoes (whole)
  • 3 garlic cloves (finely diced)
  • 90 grams pinenuts (finely diced)
  • 150 milliliters olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • paprika (optional)

Directions

  1. 1Boil the pasta according to package directions.
  2. 2Put the tomatoes in a little water and simmer for 20 minutes until they are rehydrated. Drain and finely dice.
  3. 3Mix the diced sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and pine nuts together well, and add olive oil little by little until you have reached the consistency of a sauce.
  4. 4Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce over the top.
