  • 350 gr sausage
  • 227 grams rice mix (Vigo Yellow)
  • 200 grams red peppers (sliced, frozen)
  • 200 grams grape tomatoes (whole, frozen)
  • 540 grams red kidney beans (canned, rinsed)
  • 114 cans green chilies (mild)
  • 1/2 cup sauce (La Costena green mexican)

    Directions

    1. Cook sausages in a large fry pan. When cooked thru remove from pan. In same pan make rice according to instructions, but added an extra 1/2 cup water. After 10 minutes of cooking the rice, add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until rice is soft, another 10-15 minutes.
    2. If you want the mixture less dry, and more water or tomato juice.
