- 1 kilogram quinces (peeled and pitted)
- 800 sugar (grs of)
- 1 cup water
- Put everything in a bowl and heat for approximately 1 hour.
- At the end of this time, the quinces are cooked and in the bowl there's a slightly reddish syrup like the jelly.
- Mince and place in bowls.
- Allow to cool and finally cover with baking paper brushed with brandy.
